Seabourn has recognized Sonny Cristobal, Vania Lopes and Rovel Perdon as its latest shipboard Seabourn SPIRIT award winners, celebrating their dedication and contribution to life on board.

Announcing the awards, the cruise line thanked the three crew members for their commitment to service and for putting the company’s values into practice through their work. The recognition places the spotlight on the people who help deliver the Seabourn experience every day.

The Seabourn SPIRIT is the company’s framework for how employees work together and care for guests. Its principles cover safety, sustainability, integrity, teamwork and accountability, alongside a commitment to learning and improving. Caring for colleagues is central to that approach, giving employee recognition a wider focus than guest service alone. 

The latest awards follow other crew celebrations across the fleet. Seabourn recently shared highlights from Brand Day, SPIRIT Week and World Maritime Day, including gatherings and recognition events celebrating its shipboard teams.
