The arrival of Cunard’s ship MS Queen Elizabeth in Belfast on Thursday morning marked an important milestone for the port and the city, welcoming the 1,000th cruise ship call. Belfast resumed cruise tourism in June this year, with UK-only itineraries and, to date, the arrival of the luxury ocean liner Queen Elizabeth is the 66th cruise call to the port of Belfast in 2021.
Princess Cruises celebrated the arrival and return to service of the Majestic Princess in the Port of Los Angeles.

On the 18th of November, the MSC Cruises will officially name their latest flagship MSC Seashore at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. Carnival Cruise Line announced plans for more ship restarts for January and February, as it works towards the return of its full fleet sailing from U.S. homeports in the spring of 2022. 17 ships is the total number by the end of the year with Carnival Sunshine restart from Charleston on 13th of January and Carnival Liberty from Port Canaveral on 11th of February.

Costa Cruises has confirmed the redeployment of the cruise ships Costa Smeralda and Costa Fascinosa for the 2021/22 Brazilian season.
