Royal Caribbean celebrated a proud moment as three of its Crew Administrators were formally recognized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for their exceptional performance during the 2025 Alaska cruise season.
CBP authorities awarded certificates of recognition to the team members for their outstanding work in handling documentation, presentations, and communication — critical responsibilities that ensure smooth operations for both crew and guests in one of the busiest cruise regions in the world.
The honorees included: Ling Xiong, Serenade of the Seas; Jan Michael Saavedra, Radiance of the Seas; Anoop Jelestin, Anthem of the Seas.
Royal Caribbean praised the trio for “delivering the WOW” and living by The ROYAL Way, the company’s commitment to excellence in service and operations.
Their recognition is vital but often behind-the-scenes work of Human Resources and Crew Administration teams. These professionals manage complex compliance requirements and coordinate with international authorities, ensuring that thousands of crew members can safely and efficiently serve Royal Caribbean’s guests each season.
