• A 60–120 second video sharing their personal Mein Schiff story

• Three recent photos, including a portrait and full-body image

• A short written statement explaining why they should be chosen as godmother

Applicants must also have a Mein Schiff account. Once submissions close, TUI Cruises and the Mein Schiff community will help select the winner.
