Royal Caribbean Launches Beyond BOLD Crew Week: Celebrating the Real Stars at Sea

Royal Caribbean has kicked off Beyond BOLD Crew Week, a special celebration dedicated entirely to the crew who make every cruise unforgettable. From October 24 to 30, 2025, ships across the fleet are shining the spotlight on the 70,000 hardworking people who keep the operation running day and night.

After the comeback spirit of #BackToBold and the success of Beyond BOLD in 2023, the company says 2025 is a “Star-Studded Year”. New ships, big milestones and record-breaking achievements are great, although none of it would happen without the crew. This week is all about recognizing that.

Throughout the celebration, ships are hosting fun events, games, and an extra-special appreciation dinner. Crew are also getting two hours of free daily Wi-Fi to check in with loved ones or relax on their own time, something everyone on board can appreciate.

One of the biggest highlights is the fleet video contest, where ships created their own “Beyond BOLD” videos. The winners earned cash for Crew Welfare projects:

• Odyssey of the Seas – First place and $3,500
• Anthem of the Seas – Second place and $2,500
• Jewel of the Seas – Third place and $1,000

These awards go directly toward making crew life better on board, whether through recreation, celebrations, or wellness initiatives.

Royal Caribbean says this is the third year in a row of major accomplishments across the company, and every single crew member plays a part in that success. The message is pretty clear: the ships may turn heads in every port, although the real stars are the people working behind the scenes.

As Beyond BOLD Crew Week continues, the focus stays on appreciation, connection, and celebrating what crew do best: keeping the seas bold, bright, and full of energy. Enjoy the week, stay proud, and keep shining.
