Hours before the christening ceremony of the latest Aida cruise ship Aida Perla, a man jumped off the vessel. The incident happened on Friday at around 6:30 a.m. while the vessel was docked in the Port of Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The 24-year old male passenger who was traveling with his grandmother jumped off the ship without his clothes.
Brazilian woman, part of the MSC Musica crew was reported missing yesterday juts before the cruise ship arrived in the port of Brindisi, Italy. Her disappearance was reported by her colleagues after she didn’t show up on duty at around 3:00 A.M. They immediately went to check into her cabin and noticed that the woman was not there. The US Coast Guard launched a search operation on Wednesday morning for a 23-year-old man who fell off the Carnival Victory while the cruise ship was sailing 33 miles northwest of the Cuban shore. The missing person was identified as Brandon Paul, a resident of Floral City, Florida, who reportedly went overboard from the deck 8 off Carnival Victory at around 3 a.m. The cruise ship launched a search operation and contacted the Seventh Coast Guard District watchstanders.

A 22-year-old American male passenger has gone overboard the cruise ship Independence of the Seas early this morning. According to Royal Caribbean press release the man was witnessed intentionally going overboard from the ship’s deck 12 at around 1:45 a.m. Shortly after the incident Independence of the Seas crew has released two lifeboats in an attempt to find the missing passenger.
A video was released today on YouTube showing a man jumping off the cruise ship bow. This lunatic jumped roughly 50 to 60 feet while the cruise ship was docked in the port and his friend filmed the video from the pier. After swimming back to the dock the man said “that was awesome”. It’s not awesome you dumbass. If you injure your back you will for sure sue the company for your stupidity.
