Royal Caribbean Group has reached a key milestone in the construction of its new headquarters, Project Skyline, celebrating the completion of the building’s steel structure. To mark the occasion, employees and Chairman & CEO Jason Liberty gathered for a topping-off ceremony, signing the final beam before it was placed into position.
Throughout the event, team members explored historical exhibits and previewed the new space, highlighting how the company’s legacy and future are coming together. Employees with decades of service some with more than 40 years at the Group were especially recognized for their long-standing dedication.
Inside the new headquarters, Royal Caribbean Group plans to honor its more than 50-year history with curated displays featuring classic marketing materials, ship artifacts, memorabilia contributed by employees, and a wall dedicated to the Godmothers of the fleet. Some of these exhibits were showcased during the ceremony as a first look at what will later be installed in the completed building.
Project Skyline represents more than an expansion. This is a vision for a modern, collaborative campus designed to support the Group’s ongoing growth and innovation.
When finished, the state-of-the-art facility will include:
-
10 stories and around 495,000 sq. ft. of space
-
Nearly 1,500 workstations
-
A full cafeteria with multiple dining options and a convenience store
-
A 600-seat auditorium and event center
-
A 25,000-sq.-ft. fitness and amenities center
-
A parking garage with 1,400 spaces, including 140 EV spots
-

The new headquarters will connect with existing campus buildings, which will also undergo modernization.
