Jack D. Cardoz MSC Divina F&B Director, send his appreciation to all crew saying “I would like to thank all my Food and Beverage Team for showing excellent performance during USPH Inspection. We received Very Good comments from USPH inspectors regarding our F&B Operation & Sanitation Standards. Thank you Once Again to all of you.”

Congratulations to the MSC Divina crew members for their hard work and extra hours necessary to satisfy USPH inspectors.

The unannounced USPH inspections, which are conducted twice a year and required for any vessel with an international itinerary calling at U.S. ports, evaluate 44 items that comprise the U.S.P.H. comprehensive Vessel Sanitation Program checklist. This includes evaluation of proper food handling, preparation and storage procedures, and overall galley cleanliness, ships’ potable water system used in spas and pools etc.

The 3.502-passenger MSC Divina currently operates 7-Nights Caribbean And Antilles cruises from Miami as a homeport.
